Meditation
Spare a few mintues of your time for meditation, preferably in the morning, and settle in a peaceful, calm setting free from distractions.
Drink Tea
Mild teas are the way to go. As much as possible, avoid drinking strong coffee or tea. Teas that can help you relax are camomile and jasmine.
Exercise
There’s no doubt how exercise can reduce your stress. You don’t need to extensively work out in the gym. Go out for a jog. Play ultimate frisbee. Practice yoga or pilates. Or simply go for a walk around the block. Pay attention to your surroundings and you’ll soon forget about your worries.
Adequate Sleep
Get at least 8 hours of sleep and better if you can get more. When you don’t get enough sleep, your body and mind aren’t ready to handle the stressful situations that come your way.
